The NJNA Foundation is a New Jersey nonprofit corporation and the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of the New Jersey Notary Association (NJNA). It was established to advance education, professionalism, and integrity within the notary public community. As a federally recognized charitable organization, the Foundation focuses on providing accessible training, scholarships, and programs that promote excellence and ethical conduct in notarial practice.

Our mission is to remove barriers to education and encourage high standards of service among New Jersey notaries. Through scholarship opportunities, mentorship, and networking initiatives, we help individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles and better serve the public.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, the NJNA Foundation reinvests all resources into initiatives that strengthen the notary community and serve the public good. Charitable contributions to the NJNA Foundation are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. By fostering education, integrity, and professional growth, we work to build a trusted and well-informed notarial network across New Jersey.
