Alice Tulecki became a Commissioned NJ Notary on December 5, 1991. Tulecki was instrumental in forming the NJNA. Tulecki was its first president until 2011. Under Tulecki's term the organization promoted Ethics, Legislative Advocacy, Education and Public Awareness; operated the hotline; trainer at numerous Notary educational seminars. She is known to take action when she sees a need.  

Robert P. Fruh has been Treasurer for the NJNA since its inception.  An accountant by profession, Mr. Fruh has done corporate tax work for insurance companies and banks during his lengthy career.  Now retired, he enjoys lending his time to the NJNA as well as pursuing secondary careers as a notary, and in genealogy.  He has an MBA in taxation from Bernard Baruch College as well as a BS in accounting from New York Institute of Technology.  Bob resides in Matawan, NJ. Click to contact.

BIOGRAPHY of Diana Brown
Diana has been a Notary Public for over 19 years. She has been with the organization since its inception, in 2004. The knowledge of her position in knowing the legal aspects of being a notary, as well as, her diplomatic approach to an issue, is second nature to her. As a board trustee in her community, she continues to be a valuable asset to us. Diana is also serves as the Chair person of our Membership.

Walter Hertz became a NJ Notary in May of 2002. I currently own & operate my own Mobile Notary Service. I  have been a member involved with this organization for many years as well as being a Ex-offico Board Member & I feel that I can help to guide this organization to record heights. I have a fair amount of knowledge to bring forward about technology & I love to be able to share my knowledge. I like working with others to get the job done. I am currently the Assistant Director of the St. Justin Center of Learning for Special Needs', as well as in charge of fund raising for the group.

Joan Dorfman 
Has been a NJ Notary Public for 7 years. She worked for 23 years as an Editor for LexisNexis and is now working as a Reference Librarian at Bloomfield Public Library. She recently started her own business as a Notary Loan Signing Agent.
