PRESIDENT
Ann Laurie Fratticcioli has been a New Jersey Notary Public since 2010.   As a new notary, Ann Laurie empathizes with NJ Notaries in their challenges in executing the responsibilities of their office.  As President of New Jersey Notary Association, Ann Laurie brings organizational experience to NJNA with her 32 years of working for the State of New Jersey and now dedicated to serving our public officers known as New Jersey Notaries Public.

TREASURER
Robert P. Fruh has been Treasurer for the NJNA since its inception.  An accountant by profession, Mr. Fruh has done corporate tax work for insurance companies and banks during his lengthy career.  Now retired, he enjoys lending his time to the NJNA as well as pursuing secondary careers as a notary, and in genealogy.  He has an MBA in taxation from Bernard Baruch College as well as a BS in accounting from New York Institute of Technology.  Bob resides in Matawan, NJ. SECRETARY
Brett Waters has been Secretary of the Board since March 2011. He is resident of Voorhees, Camden County. As Secretary he is responsible for maintaing the records of the organization. He also attends to all correspondence of the organization. Click to contact.
NEWS
Jean Pesut is the Chair of the Committee which is responsible for checking various news sources to see what is happening in the Notary Public community in New Jersey and around the country. The news committee will report any findings to the membership at our regular meetings. The New Committee is also responsible for communicating with various news outlets to promote the New Jersey Notary Association and our values. Click to contact.
ETHICS & EDUCATION
Chrissey Ladd is the Chair of the Ethics Committee. The implications of the role to which notaries are responsible define the very office of their commission. The NJ Notary Manual indicates that notaries public are, "impartial witnesses."  Defining that directive is why an ethical notary public is so critical to every transaction that requires execution by a notary public.  The Ethics Chair is responsible for educating NJNA Members in the most current ethical imperatives; examining current legal landscape and determining how ethics can protect notaries public. LEGISLATION
Chrissey Ladd is the Chair of the Legislation Committee. This committee monitors current New Jersey Legislative initiatives affecting New Jersey Notaries Public. Initiatives that are determined to promote the professionalism, ethical integrity and education of New Jersey Notaries Public;  the Legislative Committee is responsible to reach out to sponsoring lawmakers in support of important legislative bills that affect our Commissioned Office of Notary Public.  Likewise, if a legislative initiative is introduced and is determined to denigrate the Commissioned Office of New Jersey Notary Public, it is the responsibility of the Legislation Committee to take action in contacting Government representatives with expressions of disfavor and the explanation why the New Jersey Notary Association cannot support the initiative. Diana Brown is Chair of the Membership Committee. This committee is responsible for seeking out prospective members, maintaining the current membership roster and communicating with the Webmaster to ensure the Notary Directory of the website is current. The Membership Committee regularly announces our meetings and events by various media. Diana has been a member of NJNA since the beginning.  Her knowledge as both a notary public and signing agent, is only preempt by her loyalty in getting more notaries involved. Click to contact.
