Legislative Committee

The Legislative Committee is responsible for keeping an eye on any changes to New Jersey Law that effects the office of Notary Public. The Committee is also responsible for reaching out to State Government to try to make a positive change for the office of Notary Public and for the citizens of the State of New Jersey. Membership Committee

The Membership Committee is responsible for seeking out prospective members. Ethics Committee
Committee Chairperson: Walter J. Hertz
The Ethics Committee is responsible for training members to not just properly perform all Notary Public and Signing Agent functions. Ethics is a major part of being a New Jersey Notary Public. We teaches how to do it in a manner that provides protection to all parties involved. An Ethical Notary Public prevents fraud! News Committee
Committee Chairperson: Position Open
The News Committee responsible for checking various news sources to see what is happening in the Notary Public community in New Jersey and around the country. The news committee will report any findings to the membership at our regular meetings. The New Committee is also responsible for communicating with various news outlets to promote the New Jersey Notary Association and our values.
