Alice Tulecki



A notary for fifteen years, Alice was instrumental in forming the NJ Notary Network which is known today as the New Jersey Notary Association.  Alice was a Notary Signing Agent before NNA introduced the title with certification. She notes that documents are much different and the loan packages a lot heavier back in the 90’s. We have come far from those days. Yet today in many cases there is less paper yet more work. Robert Fruh



Robert P. Fruh has been Treasurer for the NJNA since its inception.  An accountant by profession, Mr. Fruh has done corporate tax work for insurance companies and banks during his lengthy career.  Now retired, he enjoys lending his time to the NJNA as well as pursuing secondary careers as a notary, and in genealogy.  He has an MBA in taxation from Bernard Baruch College as well as a BS in accounting from New York Institute of Technology.  Bob resides in Matawan, NJ.  To contact Bob, email him at treasurer@newjerseynotaryassociation.org

Walter Hertz



I am Married and reside in New Jersey. I am a Notary Signing Agent.  I operate my business on a Full Time Basis. Before I became a Notary, I was a Computer Tech. I have been involved with this business since 2002.
I am a board member of the NJNA & currently chairperson of the Ethics Committee for members of the NJNA. I like to share knowledge of what I do with others. I have been written up in a Book for Signing Agents called: Marketing Advice for Notary Signing Agents, page 17.
