I am a highly trained professional Signing Agent/Notary Public with nine years experience closing over 4500 loans for Title Companies, Banks, Brokers and Direct Lenders.

7. I touch base with my borrowers ahead of time to introduce myself, confirm the appointment, and verify they have proper ID.
8. I understand that time is of the essence and will return documents as soon as possible.

I also serve the general public in notarizing almost any document that would need notarizing, such as travel permission letters, Power of Attorney, medical directives, birth certificate letters and so on. As a traveling Notary Public I can meet you anywhere and at a time convenient to you.
