I am a Realtor in Cape May County and I have had many requests for notarizing documents such as, contracts, deeds and many other official documents. Serving as an impartial witness to the signing of documents that are brought in by the general public also is a request that I see. Which is why I chose to take the Notary course and become a Notary Public. I also would like to help ensure that all documents for the general public are properly executed and all information is true to the best of my knowledge. I, myself, have been victim of fraud and inproper execution of important documents so, I take great pride in being able to help protect the public from such fraud and document execution mistakes.
